Over the first half of 2025, the study team will be conducting site visits and virtual interviews and focus groups at schools across the Wilmington area to better understand and document career development opportunities available to middle and high school students and identify opportunities that may hold the most promise for students.
In the summer of 2025, the team expects to share preliminary findings with participating districts and schools.
The team will develop an impact study plan in the summer and fall of 2025.
